Hey! I’m Jaleesa, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the founder of Abs For Breakfast. Fitness has always been part of my life, but being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes deepened my relationship with my health and strengthened my purpose even more. Managing diabetes daily has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of truly listening to your body, lessons I bring into how I support the women I train.
This gym is a reflection of my journey and a space where we can build a supportive, uplifting community together. I’m all about the power of a good sweat and creating a lifestyle rooted in self-love, confidence, and mental strength.
I created Abs For Breakfast to help women achieve their goals, and that mission has become my driving force. I’m here to make fitness fun, inspiring, and empowering. Whether we’re crushing goals or celebrating your wins, I’m by your side every step of the way.
